Axeeva legal

Privacy and service terms for Axeeva.

A plain-language operational notice for platform accounts, tenant businesses, staff and public table-QR guests.

Effective 1 September 2026

Contracting provider

Axeeva is the service name. The legal provider, postal address, commercial terms and governing-law details for a paid business are identified in its signed order form or Axeeva invoice. Do not activate paid access without that document.

Privacy notice

This notice explains how Axeeva handles personal data when people create accounts, operate a tenant business, work as staff or submit a table-QR order.

Who decides how data is used

A tenant business normally decides why customer, supplier, employee, attendance and payroll data is entered into Axeeva. Axeeva processes that data to provide the service. Axeeva separately decides how platform account, security, subscription, device, audit and support data is used to operate and protect the SaaS.

Data handled by the service

The service can handle account and session details, business and outlet settings, staff records, customer and supplier contacts, catalog and transaction records, attendance and payroll data, device and synchronization events, audit history, uploaded documents, billing references and support evidence. External card or UPI terminals remain separate, and Axeeva does not request payment-card credentials for POS tender recording.

Why data is processed

Data is used to authenticate people, enforce tenant and role boundaries, run subscribed POS modules, synchronize offline work, issue business documents, prevent abuse, recover interrupted operations, support billing, meet audit and security duties, and respond to authorized support or rights requests.

Infrastructure and service providers

NoCodeBackend is the authoritative application database and identity provider. Axeeva stores uploaded files on its self-hosted server. Redis is used for transient jobs, locks, limits and authentication handoffs. Razorpay and configured SMTP providers receive only the data required when their payment or mail features are enabled. Axeeva does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or R2 object storage.

Retention, exports and corrections

Business records are kept while the tenant account is active and as required by the applicable order form, legal obligations and backup schedule. Disabled modules retain their records for reactivation or controlled export. Finalized sales, stock movements, attendance events, journals and payroll postings are corrected with reversals or adjustments instead of silent edits.

Security and offline devices

Axeeva uses server-side tenant enforcement, role permissions, immutable audits, signed offline entitlements, encrypted local caches, bounded uploads, encrypted stored secrets and signed hardware jobs. Offline device data is purged on logout or revocation where the platform can reach the device. No internet service or endpoint can be guaranteed completely risk free.

Choices, rights and contact

Platform account holders can review profile and session information in the Account surface. Tenant businesses control access, exports and correction workflows for their operational records. Customers, employees and QR guests should first contact the business that collected their data. Platform privacy or security requests can be sent to security@axeeva.com. Applicable law may provide additional rights to access, correct, erase, nominate another person or raise a grievance.

Service terms

These operational terms apply to use of the Axeeva software. A signed order form or invoice can add or replace commercial, liability, governing-law and support terms for a paid business.

Accounts and tenant responsibility

Account information must be accurate and access credentials must not be shared. Each business owner controls outlets, registers, staff memberships, custom roles, devices and subscribed modules, and is responsible for authorizing people who act for that business.

Subscriptions, pricing and tax

Core POS is required. Optional modules and packages may be charged by business, outlet, register, staff count, quantity tier, interval or one-time scope. The accepted Axeeva quote records the controlling price snapshot, discounts and GST treatment. Razorpay or a manually recorded subscription can activate the same entitlement lifecycle.

Acceptable use

Do not use Axeeva to break the law, access another tenant, bypass permissions or entitlements, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, misrepresent transactions or distribute the hosted application as a nulled or unauthorized script. Security testing against live tenants requires written authorization.

Business data and compliance

The tenant business remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and retention of the data it enters, the notices it gives to staff and customers, and its tax, employment, payroll, food-service and accounting obligations. Axeeva provides GST-ready operational records but does not submit statutory filings or connect to Tally or government filing systems.

Offline operation and hardware

Licensed daily operations can continue under a signed 24-hour offline lease. Sales are preserved when offline stock conflicts occur and may require manager reconciliation. Automatic printing, drawers, scales, displays and cross-device offline kitchen routing depend on a paired Windows bridge and compatible local hardware. External payment terminals are not controlled by Axeeva.

Availability, changes and suspension

Axeeva may maintain, secure or update the service and can suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risk or legal necessity. Disabling a module does not delete its retained data. Material subscription changes follow the accepted quote and entitlement records.

Commercial and legal terms

Service levels, warranties, refunds, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, dispute procedures and termination rights must be taken from the signed order form or invoice issued by the identified legal provider. If no such document has been supplied, the service should be treated as evaluation access and not relied on for paid production use.

India privacy references

The notice is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the notified Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 in view. Applicability and phased commencement depend on the official notifications and the facts of each business.
